The factory is equipped with 126 cutting-edge equipment, integrating fully automatic production lines and intelligent systems to achieve full process automation, with a process accuracy error of ≤0.01mm.
The workshop strictly follows the ISO 9001:2015 standard and strictly controls the entire process with a three-level quality inspection system, from raw material inspection to finished product testing. It relies on MES and digital twins to achieve efficient customization and empower the global engineering logistics field.
